本机由卷筒纸支架，单面瓦楞纸板成型机、旋转式剪纸机组成，卷筒纸材和薯类或玉米淀粉粘合剂，连续生产并剪切成所需规格的单面瓦楞纸板，生产的纸板不必再烘干或晒干，同胶水机或帖面机配合使用可生产三层以上的瓦楞纸板，具有结构合理、工艺先进、生产的纸板质量好、效率高劳动强度低、操作维修方便等特点。是纸箱厂生产瓦楞纸板的理想设备。

Function and Characteristics:
This machine is composed of a roll web support, a single-side corrugated cardboard forming press, and a rotary paper cutting unit. No baking or drying in necessary for the cardboard produced. Corrugated cardboard of more than three layers can be produced if this machine is used together with the gluing machine or the veneering machine. This machine has such virtues as rational structure, advanced process, high quality cardboard produced, high efficiency, low labor intensity and convenient operation & maintenance etc. It is an ideal equipment for a carton plant to produce corrugated cardboards.
